Free Standard Shipping
GYMTIME offers free standard shipping on orders within our supported shipping area, with no minimum purchase requirement.
Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for eligible destinations.
No Oversized or Bulk Shipping Surcharges
We do not charge additional oversized-item or bulk-order shipping fees for orders accepted for delivery within our supported shipping area.
Production and delivery schedules for large custom orders will be agreed upon separately in writing.
Shipping Charges and Taxes at Checkout
Eligible standard shipping will appear as $0.00 at checkout.
If an unexpected shipping charge appears, please contact us before completing payment so we can check the shipping address and settings.
Free shipping applies only to outbound shipping charges. Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed separately at checkout.
Return Shipping Costs
Free outbound shipping does not include return shipping for non-quality-related returns.
For non-quality-related returns, the customer pays the shipping cost to our U.S. return warehouse.
For returns, replacements, or replacement parts required because of an issue that is our responsibility, GYMTIME covers the necessary shipping costs.
No restocking fee is charged.
The original outbound shipping cost is not deducted from refunds for orders that shipped free.
