Returns & Exchanges Policy

30-Day Return Request Period

For eligible non-custom products, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.

To request a return, email mollytao98@gmail.com with your order number, product name, and reason for returning the item.

Non-Defective Returns

We accept returns of unused products that remain in resaleable condition.

Assembled products may also be returned, provided they have not been used and remain suitable for resale. Returned items must:

Be free from customer-caused damage, significant wear, alterations, or signs of use.

Include all supplied parts, hardware, accessories, and tools.

Be securely packaged to protect them during return shipping.

These conditions apply to non-defective returns. They do not prevent you from reporting product defects, shipping damage, missing components, or incorrect items.

Return Authorization and Shipping Deadline

Contact us before returning any item. We will provide return authorization, the appropriate U.S. return address, and shipping instructions. Do not send your return to the address on the original package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

You must hand the return package to the carrier within 3 business days after receiving both return approval and complete return instructions, and provide us with the tracking information.

This is a deadline for dispatching your return, not for its arrival at our warehouse.

Return Shipping and Fees

For non-quality-related returns, including a change of mind or choosing the wrong size or model, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our U.S. return warehouse.

GYMTIME will cover necessary return, replacement, or replacement-part shipping costs when the issue results from a product defect, shipping damage, missing components, or an incorrect item sent by us.

We do not charge restocking fees. We do not deduct the original outbound shipping cost from refunds for orders that shipped free.

Return shipping costs vary depending on the product’s size, weight, shipping distance, and carrier.

Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label can help us assess the problem.

Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund, and cover the necessary shipping costs for issues that are our responsibility.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or model, please contact us first. We will confirm availability, return eligibility, any price difference, and shipping arrangements before providing instructions.

Refund Processing

Within 7 business days after our U.S. return warehouse receives your returned item, we will complete the inspection and process the refund for an eligible return. If the inspection identifies a problem, we will contact you within the same timeframe.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The seven-business-day period refers to our refund processing time. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Custom Products

Custom products are made specifically to the dimensions, colors, configurations, or other requirements approved by the customer. Because these products are made to individual specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, customer-selected incorrect specifications, or other non-quality-related reasons.

Please carefully review and confirm all customization requirements, product specifications, and written order details before placing your order. Contact us before confirming the order if anything is unclear.

This restriction does not apply to product defects, shipping damage, missing components, or products that do not conform to the agreed custom specifications. We will provide an appropriate resolution and cover necessary costs for issues that are our responsibility.

An order does not become a custom order solely because it contains multiple standard products.
